Welcome to the UnDesto AI® Intelligence Suite (the “Suite”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legal agreement between you and UnDesto AI®, LLC (“UnDesto AI®”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) and apply to your access to and use of the Suite, including all digital products, resources, memberships, downloads, and services offered within.
By accessing or using the Suite, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Suite.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Suite.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Suite. By creating an account or making a purchase, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
The Intelligence Suite includes a mix of free and paid digital resources, available to users based on their access level.
Free Library
Our Free Library contains curated, no-cost resources designed to help individuals and organizations begin exploring AI use in a responsible, strategic way. These resources are available to all registered users at no charge and may include guides, worksheets, checklists, or educational PDFs.
UnDesto AI® reserves the right to modify, add, or remove free content at any time. While the Free Library is evergreen, it is not guaranteed to include all tools, frameworks, or updates provided to Premium users.
Premium Resources
Premium Resources are available for purchase individually or through a paid membership (when available). These include advanced tools, proprietary frameworks, full guides, strategic workbooks, and exclusive digital templates designed for internal use within your organization.
Some Premium Resources are one-time purchases (with downloadable files), while others may be gated behind an active monthly or annual membership.
You are responsible for determining whether a resource meets your needs before purchase, as all sales are final and non-refundable.
Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases of digital products or memberships are final and non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds for any reason, including, but not limited to:
Changing your mind
Deciding after purchase that the resources were not a match for your needs
Inability to access the Suite due to technical issues on your end
Forgetting to cancel a membership before a renewal
If a file is broken or corrupt, email us at hello@undesto.ai with a screenshot and description of the issue. We’ll do our best to provide a functioning version of the file.
If you attempt to reverse, dispute, or block a charge through Stripe or your financial institution, your account will be immediately terminated, and you will lose access to all content, past and future.
Payments are securely processed via Stripe. We do not store your full payment details.
By submitting payment information, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge the applicable fees for any products or subscriptions you select. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method remains valid and up to date.
We may offer a membership subscription that provides access to premium content within the Suite. The terms below will apply when that membership is available:
Membership Options:
Monthly: Renews every 30 days
Annual: Renews once per year
Cancellation & Access:
You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard.
Annual memberships remain active until the final day of the billing period. Access will be revoked at the end of your annual term.
Monthly memberships are revoked immediately upon cancellation.
Refund Policy:
All memberships are non-refundable — no partial refunds will be issued for unused time.
Access Restrictions:
When your membership ends, you will lose access to all gated materials unless they were explicitly provided as downloadable assets during your active membership. If you did not download them, you will no longer be able to access them post-cancellation.
All content, downloads, frameworks, reports, templates, videos, and training materials, or any other product provided through the Intelligence Suite are the intellectual property of UnDesto AI®.
By purchasing or subscribing, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the content solely for your personal or internal business use.
You may not, under any circumstances:
Share, resell, distribute, or license any Suite content
Copy, reproduce, or modify any materials for redistribution
Use Suite content to build a competing product
Publish any portion of the content publicly
We take unauthorized distribution seriously and will pursue violations to the fullest extent of the law, including reporting abuse to platforms or payment processors as needed.
You agree not to:
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to access or reverse engineer the Suite's code or systems
Upload or transmit malicious code or software
Use the Suite to harass, defame, or threaten others
Scrape, mine, or extract any content or user data
We reserve the right to revoke your access at any time for misuse, violations of these Terms, or suspected abuse.
We make no guarantees about the outcomes you may achieve by using the Intelligence Suite.
All content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:
The Suite will be error-free or uninterrupted
The content is fit for your particular purpose
The results will meet your expectations
We are not liable for any business losses, opportunity costs, or incidental damages arising from your use of the Suite.
You may stop using the Suite at any time.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access without notice if you violate these Terms, abuse the platform, or attempt chargebacks or fraud.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UnDesto AI® shall not be liable for:
Indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, business, or data
Personal or professional outcomes associated with your use of the Suite
Our total liability for any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Suite in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Nevada, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to a jury trial or class action.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll notify you via email or in-app announcement if changes are significant. Continued use of the Suite after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
