This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the UnDesto AI® Intelligence Suite (referred to throughout as the “Intelligence Suite” or “Suite”). It applies specifically to Suite users and does not govern our public website or broader services outside the platform.

What This Policy Covers
This Privacy Policy covers how we handle “Personal Data,” meaning any information that can be used to identify you as an individual. It includes how we collect, store, process, and share that data when you interact with the Intelligence Suite.
It also explains our relationships with third parties — like analytics providers or cloud platforms — who help us deliver the Intelligence Suite. We do not control the privacy practices of these third parties and encourage you to review their policies directly.
This policy does not apply to our corporate website (undesto.ai) or to marketing tools you may interact with outside the Suite.
Data We Collect
We collect three types of data:

When you create an account or use the Suite, you may give us information like:
First and last name
Work email address
Company name and role
Country or region
Billing zip code (if applicable)
You might also enter or upload content into the Suite. This content may include information about your company, team members, or internal processes. If you share information about others, please make sure you have permission to do so.
2. Data From Third Parties
In some cases, we receive data about you from tools that integrate with the Suite, such as:
Identity providers (e.g. Google, Microsoft) when you use single sign-on
Analytics and support platforms that help us improve your experience
Payment processors (like Stripe) that handle your billing details on our behalf
We only access the minimum information necessary from these sources, and we use it strictly to deliver or improve the Suite.

When you use the Intelligence Suite, we automatically collect technical and usage data such as:

How We Protect Your Data
We take data protection seriously. We use a combination of technical safeguards (like encryption, access controls, and monitoring) and organizational practices (like role-based access and internal reviews) to keep your data safe.
That said, no system is 100% immune to risk. Please protect your login credentials and contact us right away if you suspect any unauthorized access.
Data About Children
The Intelligence Suite is for business use only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If we discover that we’ve accidentally stored such data, we’ll delete it promptly.
International Users
If you’re located in the European Union, United Kingdom, Lichtenstein, Norway, or Iceland, you have specific rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including:

Note: The Suite is hosted in the United States. By using it, you consent to your data being stored and processed there.
